Return and cancellation eligibility depends on whether the item is a published catalogue product or made to an approved custom specification. The written quotation, order confirmation and checkout terms take priority for the specific purchase.
Made-to-order and customized products
Customized items are produced against an approved specification and may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies that may apply when an item is materially different from the confirmed order or arrives damaged.
Report an issue
Use the contact form with the order reference, delivery date, description and clear photographs. Do not attempt repairs before the issue is reviewed. Jasper Furniture will respond with the next inspection or resolution step applicable to the order.
